Application Form
This application form is designed to record data of enquiry from parents to Rizq Preschool and Rizq Islamic School.
PROCEDURE
RIZQ PRESCHOOL
1) Register via Online Application form or Register Manually at School.
2) Make payment for booking.
3) Get Admission Form & Offer Letter.
4) Make payment for Deposit, Yearly Fees, Uniform & Term Fees 1 week after received Offer Letter.
Notes: The payment of the registration fees (RM500) is only valid as duration stated in the offer letter. The registration fee paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
RIZQ PRIMARY
1) Register via Online Application form or Register Manually at School.
2) Make payment for booking.
3) Assessment Test - please contact us to book date for the test. Get the result immediately after finishing the assessment.
4) If pass, get Admission Form and Offer Letter.
5) Make payment for Registration Fees, Yearly Fees, Uniform and Deposit within 1 week after received Offer Letter.
6) Make payment for Tuition Fees and Cafe Fees.
Notes: The payment of Booking fee is only valid for 2 months.Please proceed for entrance exam within the duration given.The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
