OUR POLICIES
School policies are formal rules and guidelines established by educational institutions to regulate student behavior, ensure safety, and promote a positive learning environment.
1. Rizq Islamic School teacher qualification at least possesses a Bachelor of Education in the subject assigned or equivalent qualification.
2. We offer a ‘Play Based Learning’ as our main teaching or learning concept.
3. We cater the age range of 7 to 12 years old.
4. Rizq Islamic School has set a class-size limit of 25 with one teacher per class.
5. We are highly focused on providing the best safety and security possible whether for the students, parents or visitors. The 3 layers of security provided Rizq Islamic School are:
- Fully gated and CCTV surveillance at the school areas
- Parent/ Guardian access card are provided for identification purpose. If no Parent/Guardian access card the parents need to sign in and out at the visitor’s record book when visiting the school, being escorted when walking through the building and wearing a visitor pass.
- All parents are required to signing in and out at the logbook during sending and picking up the student.
6. We concern on developing good attendance and punctuality to give the children the best chances in life. The school is aiming to achieve an attendance target of 80% for every term. If a student’s attendance falls below 80% and a parent fails to inform school a letter is sent home raising the concern as to the child’s attendance dipping. (Attendance awareness purpose).
The school expects its students and parents to:
- To attend regularly and on time.
- To be prepared adequately for the school day.
- To comply with the school policies and procedures.
- To encourage their children to attend school every day, on time.
- To contact the school if absence.
- To arrange holidays and medical appointments outside school hours.
- To regularly update emergency contact details.
7. Admin management should be informed ahead if parents wish to visit and make a suitable time for an appointment regarding complain purpose only in administrative office, agreed upon by the management.
8. The teachers only responsible for reviewing student’s performance.
9. Rizq Islamic School is committed to providing students with good healthy meals to create healthy minds and bodies. All students are encouraged to eat school meals to gain the nourishment they need for high performance in the classroom and beyond. The nutrition menus served are based on 7 to 12 year old serving that satisfies the meal requirements for each meal/snack.
10. Rizq Islamic School is concerned with the general well-being, health and safety of the students during school hours. Starting on 1st February 2017, temperature body for every student that presented with certain alarming symptoms and signs will be taken on the spot. For the good health of all of students, please do not send your child to school if they exhibit the following symptoms:
- Watery Eyes
- Deep Cough
- Inflamed Nostrils
- High Fever
- Diarrhea
- Rashes
- Contagious Diseases
- Head Lice
- Acute asthmatic attack
11. Emergency case:
- No life threatening case the child will be place at the administrative office for the ‘basic per aid measure’.
- Life threatening case will be immediately referred to the nearest clinic/hospital.
12. Students should be toilet (potty) trained and independent of the teacher for assistance in personal hygiene.
13. Parents are expected to supply a clean change of clothes in their child’s bag each day.
14. Only of the prescribed prayers (Zuhr and Friday prayer) need to be accommodated by schools.
15. Zuhr prayer will normally perform together after lunch break during the school day.
16. The ‘Asr prayer does not coincide with the school hour. However, Asr prayer will be performed depending on the current prayer time.
17. Only Primary 5 and Primary 6 will be taken to the Friday Prayer and for the Primary 4 will be periodic basis (depend on the student discipline) due to safety reason.
18. Please be prompt sending and picking up your child.
19. Rizq Islamic School willing to accommodate this on a limited basis when prior arrangements are made. In these situations a grace period of 6:30 am before the school’s 8:00 am opening time or after the school’s at 6:30 pm closing time will apply, at no additional charge.
20. However, overtime rates apply under the following circumstances:
- If care is needed after the grace period up to 6.30 p.m.
- If a child is on the premises during the grace period without prior arrangements.
1. At Rizq Islamic School each class will have one Homeroom Teacher.
2. The Homeroom teacher will be assigned to cater to the welfare and needs of each member of the class they are assigned to.
3. Parents may contact them regarding educational matters and the welfare of their child only.
4. Parents are restricted from making prior meetings with the Homeroom Teachers at their classes without making appointments at the office.
5. There will also no special venues for any groups as they will be moving around according to their subjects and activities.
6. We believe that with Homeroom Teacher, can make ease communications and create a closer bond between both parents and students. Nevertheless, the students can still get along with all teachers without special restrictions and designation.
7. If the students in need of help, they may contact their Homeroom Teacher or whichever teachers they please to do so, and if related to subjects, they may contact the subject teachers.
8. Special and emergency cases can be dealt directly with admin staff, without relying too much on teachers.
1. Locker key and access card are given free of charge to students and guardians once registered at Rizq Islamic School.
2. Students and parents are advised to take care of their locker keys and access card, for safety reasons, especially related to children and their belongings.
3. If any of these two items lost, parents/students need to notify the admin staff.
4. They will be requested to search for it within one-week period, and notify back the admin staff whenever the items are found.
5. The school will also help to find the lost items in school compound for two (2) weeks duration starting from the report date.
6. If the parents and students did not update back the admin staff after one week, the school will consider that the item has been found.
7. If the school is able to recover the lost item, the item will be,
(i) return to owner or (ii) put in the “lost and found” box at Customer Service Centre.
8. Charges will be implemented if the item has not been found after two (2) weeks of the report either by deduction on deposit payment, or additional payment.
9. RM20 for the new locker key and RM10 for new access card.
1. The payment of the entrance exam fee is only valid for two (2) months. Please proceed for entrance exam within the duration given. The fee is non-refundable.
2. Late Payment of Registration Fees Penalty.
If the offer is not accepted within the duration date offer letter given, the application will be cancelled and the place shall be given to another applicant. The booking fee paid is non-adjustable and non-refundable. Any students who wish to enter the school after exceeding the date given period will have to repay the Booking Fee and re-sit the entrance exam.
3. Fees payable for the academic year are set out in the Fee Schedule. Fees are being annually reviewed.
4. All fees are payable in advance. Full settlement of first term fees is required upon registration or by the commencement of the term. For subsequent term, full settlement of fees must be made by the commencement of the terms.
5. All term fees must be fully settled before or within 1 week after commencement of the term. From week 2 of the term, Rizq Educare reserves the right to withhold the release of all examination results, certificates and records of the student until the full settlement of fees is made. In addition, students will be banned from joining the classes and school activities until the term fees are settled. A late payment penalty of 10% of TERM FEES will be imposed on any outstanding fees incurred commencing from week 2.
6. Students who still has outstanding fees on the first day of Week 5 shall be terminated from the school without further notice.
7. Payment of fees may be made by crossed cheque, online bank transfer, telegraphic transfer, bank draft in favour of RIZQ EDUCARE SDN. BHD (MAYBANK 5622-6352-2068). Payment via credit/debit card can be done at our management office. Please note that returned cheques will be charged at RM10 and if any cheque is returned it will not be re-deposit. Future payments will only be accepted in cash or online transfer or via credit/debit card.
8. Fees paid (exclude deposit) are not refundable except in the circumstances set out in subparagraph below. Any refund of fees or part thereof is subject following:
- The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances
- If a student withdraws from the school before the commencement of the term, all fees paid may be refundable.
- If a student withdraws from the school within the first two weeks of the term, an amount not exceeding 70% of TERM and YEARLY fees paid may be refundable. For avoidance of doubt, all fees shall not be refundable from Week 3 of the term onwards.
- Deposit is refundable upon graduation or withdrawal. Rizq Educare Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount in case the student lost their locker key or for any outstanding payment.
9. Payment of refundable fees will be made by cheque or online bank transfer within two (2) weeks of notice and after all ID cards (student, parents, guardians) and locker key has been returned to the Administrative Office.
10. Overtime fees for primary will be calculated starting at 7.00 pm:
- 1st hour : RM5
- 2nd hour: RM 10
- Subsequent hour : RM 15
11. Overtime fees charge will be invoiced monthly and is to be paid within two (2) weeks from the invoice date.
1. The payment of the Registration Fees (RM500) is only valid as the duration stated in the offer letter.
2. The registration fee paid is non-refundable. Any students who wish to enter the school after exceeding the period given will have to repay the new registration fees.

1. Student And Parent ID Access Card
- All ID access card are unique to the respective student and parent
- All ID access card will be given free of charge only for the first time
- Students’ ID access card contain their respective ID number, name and emergency contacts while parents’ ID access card only contain their respective child’s name
- Losing the ID access card after a certain period time, their respective deposit money at the school will be deducted for the renewal of the ID access card.
2. Staff And Visitors ID Access Card
- All ID access card are unique to the respective staff except visitors and canteen staffs.
- All ID access card will be given free of charge only for the first time
- Staffs’ ID access card contain their respective ID number and name.
- RM10 will need to be paid toward finance department for losing a staff ID access card after a certain period time for the renewal of the ID access card.
- For losing a visitor ID Access Card, RM10 penalty must be paid immediately.

- For Non- life threatening case the child will be placed at the administrative office at transit sick bay for the ‘basic pre aid measure’
- For Life threatening case will be immediately referred to the nearest clinic/hospital.
1. General
I. RizQ Islamic School operating hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 6.30 pm
Duty Teachers will leave the school at 6.30pm. After departure of duty teachers, any students left will be taken care of by the security guard. However, the CCTV will be monitored by our Service Officer and also School Principal until all students are picked up by their caretakers. The students will not be allowed to leave the school premise until the arrival of their caretaker.
II. Administrative office operating hours are:
Monday to Friday : 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
Saturday : 8:00 am – 12.00 pm
*The office is closed on Sunday and company selected Public holidays.
III. The primary parents are not allowed to accompany children to the assembly area. Please drop off / pick up your children to/from the duty teacher of the day at drop-off/pick up zone.
2. Guard House
I. Guard house operation is 24 hours daily.
II. Guard house must be kept clean at all times.
III. The magnetic bar access card will only be provided for Top Management of RIZQ, warden and duty teacher. The duty teacher needs to returnthe magnetic bar’s access card to the warden after finish the duty period every day.
IV. List of RIZQ staff needs to be pasted at guard house.
V. No entrance either parents or visitor after end of school time.
3. Primary Pick-Up/ Drop-Off Procedures
I. Please follow all directions from school safety personnel.
II. Our school entrance route is very narrow. Please drive slowly and watch for children.
III. Devote more time and be extra cautious on rainy or foggy days. Drive with your headlights on, to see and be seen.
IV. Children should exit from the passenger side of the vehicle only. Cars moving in the bypass lane make exiting form the driver’s side extremely dangerous.
V. Students will wait in the designated area. The teachers will call your children’s name upon your arrival.
VI. No honking or signalling to students from your vehicle at any time.
VII. There will be four layers of security for dismissal period; students guarded inside the school second main grill, teachers and security warden will check the access card, teachers and security warden will verify the names of students, and finally student’s verification of parents’ vehicle.
4. Pre-school Pick-Up/ Drop-Off Procedures
All pre-school students must be dropped at the entrance door by their parent or caregiver every morning and must be picked up at the entrance door by their parent or caregiver.
5. Visitor Procedures
I. Upon arrival at the school building, all visitors must register at the school guard house.
II. As part of the registration process in the guard house, all visitors will be asked to sign the Visitor Record Book and provide a related document.
III. Once registered, the visitor will be issued a Visitor Access Card, which must be displayed at all times while the visitor remains in the school building or on school premises.
IV. Visitors must remain in approved areas only and at all times act in a manner appropriate to the safe functioning of the school environment.
V. Any individual who engages in uncooperative or disruptive behaviour are required to leave the premises.
VI. After visiting, the visitor must sign out on the Visitor Record Book , return the Visitor Access Card and collect the personal document at the warden/ security guard house.
VII. For the official inspection purpose, please prepare and present the hardcopy of the official permission letter.
VIII. Security warden reserve the right to remove anyone from the building who has violated the rules and regulations, uncooperative or disruptive behaviour.
6. Parking
I. All visitors and parents are required to park their vehicles at the middle parking area.
II. All staff and teachers are required park their vehicle at the L shape parking area.
7. Surveillance of the school property is functioning 24/7; recorded and online CCTV at all time, security warden surveillance is also functioning 24/7 which either Malaysian in-house workers or appointed security registered company workers. Access to school compound is restricted only to Rizq Staffs, Rizq Students and parents (only with Rizq Official Access Cards) and registered visitors only.
8. For safety reasons, CCTV access are strictly applicable for Top Management only. It is used only for surveillance reasons and may be accessible by Government Security authorities for emergency cases.
